If you have a complaint:

  • We can help with any reading, writing or interpreting you may need
  • If you are a child or young person, we will help you get an advocate to support you with your complaint
  • You can ask that your complaint is put before the Board of Trustees

We promise…

  • To listen to your complaint, take it seriously and look into it thoroughly
  • To tell you what we do and put it in writing
  • To try to sort things out within 7 working days
