23rd March 2020

In light of current events, here’s how we at FSNB are managing the threat of Coronavirus.
Our primary focus is the wellbeing, health and safety of the children and young people we work with, their families and our staff and volunteers.
We are continually reviewing and updating processes within the charity to minimise the impact on services to children, young people and families.
Following the Government announcements, all support work with members of the FSNB team will now take place either online or via the telephone. We have plans and support in place for our whole team to work from home and you can reach us within office hours Monday to Friday.

All fundraising and PR events have been postponed or cancelled. We are currently monitoring and evaluating Coronavirus developments and continue to communicate with all employees of the current situation. We’ve issued wellbeing, health, safety and hygiene guidelines and best practices to all employees, We’ve restricted travel, with all therapy practitioners now remote working from home.
We continue to take phone calls from those we support and from other support agencies who refer to us.

Please do not hesitate to call if we can help further in anyway.
